Based at Holmesfield near Dronfield, in north east Derbyshire, easily accessed from Sheffield, Rotherham and South Yorkshire; also Chesterfield, Hope Valley, the Peak District, Derbyshire and Nottingham. Within 60 to 90 minutes travelling time from Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Manchester, Leeds and York.

Having used alternative medicine and complementary therapies to recover from my own ill-health (ME/CFS), I am passionate about helping people to achieve better health, relaxation and happiness through natural and non-invasive methods.

I am happy to arrange extra mid-week courses providing a minimum of 2 students attend the course.
