It is self-catering, sleeps 4 (+2), has a fully equipped dining kitchen with double oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and all utensils, etc. There is a comfortable living room with gas fire, colour TV, DVD player and a wide selection of books and games to choose from.
Upstairs is a double bedroom, twin bedroom, modern bathroom with shower over bath.
Off-street car parking for two cars.
The house is registered with the Keswick Tourist Association, is annually independently inspected and conforms to their standards of safety and quality. The house currently holds a 'Commended' classification.
The house is convenient for walking in the northern fells, Derwentwater, Windermere, Thirlmere, Borrowdale, Cockermouth, etc.
