Arden House is a welcoming home-from-home located in a quiet residential area. We are proud of the fact that many of our bookings are from regulars who return year after year.

Only 5 minutes easy walk to Keswick centre with its wide range of shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants, etc., a busy local market is held in the town centre. Only 10 minutes walk to beautiful Derwentwater.

The house is registered with the Keswick Tourist Association, is annually independently inspected by Quality Cumbria to ensure high quality and conforms to their standards of safety and quality. 

Tastefully decorated and furnished, Arden House offers a high standard of accommodation which is clean, comfortable and designed for relaxation.
