I will forward final payment of the balance and cautionary damage deposit by cheque or postal order no later than one month before my stay is due to commence.

A cautionary damage deposit of £50.00 is required. Please add this sum to your final payment.
This will be returned (providing no damage is reported by cleaning staff) once the key is returned to the above address.

The key to the property, directions and a map will be posted to you two weeks before your stay is due to commence. A stamped addressed envelope will be included for you to return the key after your stay (please do this as quickly as possible!)

Conditions of Booking

As the principal hirer and person in charge of making this booking, I acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of booking:

I accept full responsibility for all people in my party
I understand that my party must supply all of its own bed linens (1 x double bed, 2 x single beds, 2 x single fold-up guest beds, towels, tea towels and kitchen cloths)
I understand that all bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, from 2 pm on the day of arrival to 11 am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed)
I understand and agree that the accommodation must not be sublet or over-occupied

I agree to leave the property and all of its contents in a clean and tidy condition and understand that an additional charge for cleaning may be made should the property be left in an unacceptable condition
I agree to promptly report and pay for (or replace) all damage that occurs during my party’s occupancy
I agree to pay in full the cost of any damage that should occur during my party’s occupancy that is in excess of the £50 cautionary damage deposit I have paid
I understand that no cot or special facilities/equipment for young children are supplied and, should there be young children in my party, I accept full responsibility for their safety and conduct
I understand that no pets are allowed
I understand that no smoking is allowed inside the property
I undertake to properly secure the property at all times
I understand that my party and I must rely on our own insurance to cover damage to, loss or theft of all items and belongings we take with us to the house

I understand that the booking deposit and balance are not refundable unless the property can be let to alternative tenants for the week(s) in question. You are therefore advised to take out holiday insurance to cover you for this eventuality.
