Can I become a Reiki healer?
To be able to channel Reiki a student needs to attend a course and receive attunements in person from a Reiki Master Teacher. Attunements are the gentle ceremonies/processes which connect a student to the source of Reiki and enable them to channel Reiki for themselves and others.
How do I become a Reiki healer?
- There are 3 levels or degrees of Reiki
- Each involves the passing of attunements which awaken and amplify our natural healing channel. This encourages the acceleration of physical, mental, spiritual and emotional growth
- The process is simple and requires very little intellectual capability
- The main criteria is that you should have an honest desire to learn and work with Reiki for your personal greater good and the greater good of the universe
- Reiki is a wonderful healing energy and should not be misused or abused
Choosing your Reiki Master
- Take time choosing your Master
- Establish contact by writing or talking to them at length about your reasons for wanting to learn Reiki
- By talking to you in detail, your chosen Master will determine whether or not you are ready to learn Reiki
- You are embarking on a life-changing path along which your Master will guide you
- You will hopefully develop a warm and lasting friendship that will be of value to you both
Thus, do not shop around merely on price or location. I have attuned people from all over the British Isles as well as some who have travelled from Kuwait, Egypt, Japan, China, Bahrain, Zurich and Tasmania because they felt drawn to me.
Remember, it is just as important to feel that they are the right Master for you as it is for them to feel that it is right to accept you as their pupil.
My experience
I have been teaching Reiki 1, 2, 3 and Master Teacher courses since 2000, and have attuned a wide variety of people from all over the British Isles as well as overseas. I run Reiki 1, 2, 3 and Master courses each month as well as Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 Refresher courses.
My teaching
I only teach Traditional Usui Reiki and my courses are taught in line with The Reiki Association guidelines. The certificates I award are recognised by The Reiki Association, The Reiki Federation, The Reiki Alliance and most major insurers of complementary therapies.
My ethos
I have benefited so much from Reiki that I take the teaching of Reiki very seriously. My main aim and hope is to enthuse and encourage all of my students, whatever the level of Reiki they learn, to use it often, for their greater good and the greater good of those around them.

Mid-week Reiki courses

I am happy to arrange extra mid-week courses providing a minimum of 2 students attend the course.
