Reiki 1 is usually learnt as part of a group, to enable practical work to take place
- the course spans two days
- a follow-up session is arranged after a period of 21 days self-healing has been completed

Each course is limited to 5 places to provide close personal tuition and to ensure a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
On this course you will be introduced to the following areas:
- the five principles of Reiki
- the history of Reiki
- what Reiki is
- how Reiki works
Reiki Training and Attunements:
Four of your energy centres or chakras are reawakened and attuned which:
- clears a healing channel
- elevates the physical vibratory level
- enables a more intense healing energy to flow though you
- clears blocked energy and the potential for disease
The Major Chakras:
- learn what these are
- where they lie
- why they are important
- what they represent
Subtle Energy Bodies and Auras:
- learn what these are
- where they lie
- why they are important
- what they represent
- their interaction and association with endocrine glands
Self Healing and Hand Positions To Use:
- learn how to self heal
- what hand positions to use
- the correct sequence for self healing
- the importance of a sustained period of self healing
Healing Others and Hand Positions To Use:
- learn how to heal other people
- what hand positions to use
- the correct sequence to use
Healing Pets and Plants:
- learn how to use Reiki for healing animals and plants
Code of Ethics:
- the importance of honouring Reiki
- principles to observe when offering healing to others
- etiquette to observe when healing others
Certification and Lineage:
- certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course
- a manual is provided for your use during and after the course
- your Reiki lineage is also provided, traced back to Dr. Usui
Post-Course Support:
- a follow-up meeting is held 4 weeks after the course (after you have completed a 21 day period of self-healing) to check your progress and deal with any questions that may have arisen
- on-going support is provided thereafter, if required
Total Cost for Reiki 1:
£145
- Deposit of £50 payable at time of booking, balance of £95 payable on second day of course.
Exchange of Energy:
Paying a fee is based upon the notion of an exchange of energy - you offer something back as an acknowledgement of what you have received.
