Having used alternative medicine and complementary therapies to recover from my own ill-health (ME/CFS), I am passionate about helping people to achieve better health, relaxation and happiness through natural and non-invasive methods.

As a practitioner of alternative medicine and complementary therapy I am registered with the International Institute of Reflexology and the Association of Reflexologists. Licenced to practice Advanced Meridian Energy Therapies/Emotional Freedom Technique+ and EmoTrance by the Association of Meridian Therapies and The Sidereus Foundation. Officially recognised by The Reiki Association as a practitioner of Reiki. Registered with the Thermo-Auricular^© Therapy Association. I am a member of The Reiki Association, a member of the Thermo-Auricular^© Therapy Association and a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners.

As well as offering treatments, I also run Reiki Courses, Reiki Training and Reiki Attunements, with Reiki 1, 2 & Master Degree courses held on a monthly basis.

In practice since 1999, I have a wealth of experience treating many different people presenting with a wide range of illnesses, ailments and problems.

I specialise in the treatment of fears, phobias and addictions.

I offer a caring, sensitive and confidential approach. My clients enjoy the peace and tranquility of my treatment room and leave feeling relaxed, de-stressed, refreshed and rejuvenated.

My clinic is close to Sheffield, Chesterfield, Dronfield, the Peak District and the Hope Valley. Also easily accessed from Rotherham, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, East Midlands, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Birmingham and Manchester. Free off-road parking.

Day time appointments are available Monday - Friday from 9.00 am - 5.30 pm. After work and evening appointments are available Monday - Thursday by arrangement. Please note I do not offer appointments at weekends.
